COIN’s pooling concept within alternative asset classes has been well received by the market. The current theme is Sustainable Infrastructure – investments into renewable energy and related assets.

Infrastructure, as an asset class, fits well within portfolios of long-term capital owners and is expected to generate cash flows with low correlation to the business cycle. This along with other attractive attributes has led to infrastructure  becoming a core asset clas  for many major institutions internationally as well as in the Nordics.
